Hampton Inn Columbia I-26/Harbison Blvd.

I spent over a week here traveling for work. Everything and everyone was great. Very clean. Breakfast and the breakfast crew were excellent and on top of everything. Very personable. And Kiiya at the front desk was always smiling and helpful with anything I needed. Already booked my stay for next week with them again.

Fort Jackson Boot Camp Graduate Family & Friends, or anyone for that matter, do NOT book here (even though the late night and early morning front desk staff were amazing; it’s the management). I was skeptical when I walked into the Room 610 on Monday, 25 AUG 2025, & saw white powdery like substance in the grout of the entryway, as well as on the interior door of the closet and on the luggage rack, but I as told that it was probably carpet fresh that wasn’t throughly cleaned (brought this to the attention of night front desk staff who immediately sent someone up to wipe down the luggage rack). However, on our last night, 27 AUG, when I went to grab a washcloth & inadvertently knocked all the “clean”folded towels off the shelf to discover two used needles syringe and used syringes, I hate

Positive: Like a review about the hotel said that I read before I took this trip, it was a quick and easy check in and check out. Also, noone disturbed us during our stay. The best thing about the hotel tho, is the location. Negative: The pool was small and the water looked dirty. It smelled clean but didn't look so clean.

Stayed for over a week. Alexa and the other staff were wonderful. Everyone was very nice and super helpful. Pretty lake adjacent to property. Great stay. TV big with nice picture. Bed comfy. Hot Water plentiful and good pressure. Even had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The only negative was the super strong air fresher "machine" in the lobby which blew into the elevators as well. Migraine city!! Odd when the toiletries were scentless. Only reason couldn't give 5 stars tough on those of us with scent allergies.

Very nice, quiet stay. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. They had oatmeal, fresh blueberries and strawberries, eggs, 2 kinds of sausages, bagels, and other choices. The staff was very nice and friendly. Thank you!
