I have stayed in many hotels over the last 53 years of my life, but this one truly feels like home. We have been greeted with kindness and support when we have needed it and with a smile from the front desk to guest services and the room care attendants. The free breakfast is top-tier for travelers with a healthy amount of proteins and the coffee is great! But, most importantly, Mrs. Peggie is a super-star who gives loving super star services, Also, Ms. Akia is a sweet heart. I want of name all of the representatives, because when you are home away from home. I loved my visit ans had to stay in the room of the day caring for my infant granddaughter, so I experienced service throughout the day. Also, Naqueee also cleaned my room. Thank you.

A big thank you to Jeremy at check-in. He took great care of me and accommodated my needs after a lengthy travel delay. This hotel offers great value for the amenities, spacious rooms and caring staff. The rooms are like mini apartments, with decent, clean and modern kitchens. The bathroom has good counter space and the shower is about 48 by 32 inches with a very small step into it. The bed and bedding we comfy and the towels were not raggity or brillo-padesq. They have a well stocked pantry in the lobby, coffee all day and their free breakfast is very tasty. This morning's potato wedges were really good. The bacon was crisp, the sausage was spicy and the eggs had good texture and taste. Their coffee is smooth, not bitter and perfect temp. Hot, but not atomic hot where it blisters your ton

Had a good two night stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was mostly clean except for a piece of popcorn left on floor by previous guest. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was recently updated which is a plus. Breakfast could use some more selections, other Hilton properties offer quite a bit more. The breakfast staff were very good. Plenty of parking was a plus.

I cannot believe the level of disrespectful service we experienced from Jeremy, the assistant manager. We initially called to ask if staff could check for a lost item in our room. He was dismissive and uninterested, so we came to the hotel in person to make sure the request was actually being taken seriously. When I walked into the lobby, the front desk employee (Jeremy) was already speaking loudly and condescendingly to another guest who was asking for help with his accommodations. It was uncomfortable to witness, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited my turn. When I asked if they could double-check for the missing item, I was told nothing had been reported. I asked if housekeeping might still be cleaning rooms and whether the item could still be on a cart and not yet turn
