1425 Inn

We just stayed in the Rivers suite. The entire inn is so beautiful and clean! The sheets smelled amazing. The bathrooms spotless. The housekeeper was so sweet and super accommodating. The owner was very sweet and helpful in finding us a parking solution to the football game. Would stay here again hands down!

We were well accommodated for our overnight event. It's an intimate and classically decorated house with plenty of space, seating, beds, and tables. They supplied coffee via Keurig and breakfast, we just had to make sure to bring our own ice, drinks and lunch. Staff were understanding and flexible to meet our needs without setting themselves or the next guest back. I recommend booking 1425 Inn for your next event space.

We were in a pinch to find a place that wasn't a fortune because of USC homecoming. I found this online and was able to book last minute. ||The hotel was very clean and quaint. No issue getting in once I read the self check-in text. A little strange to not have anyone on sight for questions but no big deal. ||The room was nice (Jackson), a huge closet to store our things and give us more space in the room. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure.||The breakfast was basic, some bagels/croissants, coffee. Again, no biggie. Only thing we missed was access to ice or a fridge. We'd been traveling and had a bottle of wine we'd have liked to chill but there were glasses and a wine opener available. Getting a table top ice machine would be a simple fix. ||Either way, we'd stay

Very pretty location, clean rooms and clean and cozy lobby area downstairs. Breakfast isn't offered but there is a fridge and coffee amenities, so you can bring snacks or drinks. I expected it to be loud, being right on the roads, but it was very quiet and peaceful. Very pleased with the quality of everything, and I have a lot of love for old historic buildings!

Recently stay at The 1425 Inn my stay was one of the most comfortable and cleanest places I have ever stayed. My room was very relaxing,quiet, and clean. Parking was convenient and video surveillance 24/7 absolutely loved my stay
