WoodSpring Suites St Louis St Charles

I had a great experience staying at WoodSpring Suites in St. Charles, Missouri. The employees truly made the difference. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They were welcoming, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The team consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. It’s refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work and treat people with kindness and patience. Because of the amazing staff, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great customer service.

You get what you pay for as far as value and I like the staff. The guys who own it are smart and there is def a market for this business model. (Sorry for the Spelling Errors) Cassandra, Andrew, Amber, Ms. Al, Sergio, and the Boss Lady at the helm of it all (but I forgot to ask her name) make it nice to be here. The old management had funky energy and it’s better now. Cassandra has always been good and so is the other nice boss lady with 25 years of experience and Ms. Al (spelling?). Anyway Merry Christmas and thanks for my Holiday stay.

Area is great and the rooms are clean but the day shift manager is very aggravating and plays victim to fit her narrative. A situation occurred where I wasn't even at the hotel, I work nights and I was locked out. Had to get another hotel and came back to ask why. Was told to call the cops you got an hour. I'm not the only one from BBB, corporate Choice Hotels, Facebook, and X the manager there is a nuisance.

I stayed at this hotel for 28 days. Although I was told to let the front desk know if my neighbors were too and they would handle it, they didn't. The 3 times I actually got someone on the telephone there was no change in activity. Once I was told the people would be leaving in 3 to 4 days and it should get better....really! I was put on a non smoking floor, that was never monitored. And the worst part was having to walk in the front entrance through smokers standing by the door. A sign is posted no smoking within 25 feet of the door. No point in complaining to the front desk because it was the front desk clerk, maintenance, and friends doing the smoking. I finally started taking the stairs. Housekeeping came once and took the garbage. Linen not changed, floors not vacuumed, and bathroom

Hands-down the best extended-stay spot in the area. Needed a room last-minute for Thanksgiving and Andrew (on-call) got me checked in fast, was super friendly, and made the whole process easy. Room was spotless, full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), comfy bed, great shower pressure, solid Wi-Fi, and a big TV; everything worked perfectly. Brenda at the desk the next day was just as awesome; kind, helpful, and made checkout smooth along with a trainee they seemed very pleasant and more than capable create a pleasant experience for anyone wanting to stay here. Clean, quiet, affordable, and genuinely good people running the place right. If you want a no-drama spot where you can actually cook and crash in peace, this is it. Already planning my next stay.
