Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Charles Historic District

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson! The room was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated the nice-sized TVs — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Although there was a small issue initially with the heat, the staff handled it quickly and professionally. Their positive attitude made all the difference.The team also provided great recommendations for activities in the area. Free parking! Felt safe in the garage. A special thank you to Kay for providing exceptional customer service — she went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. Employees polite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had several choices. Coffee was quite good. Coffee carafes are kept out all day for new guests arriving but by then the coffee was not hot. If providing coffee and hot water for tea all day, please change out the liquids to be hot for guests. Location of hotel is very close to the old town shops.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The ladies working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful as far as helping us with directions and things to do during the Christmas festival. The hotel is perfect if you are planning on visiting the Christmas festival on Main Street because it is just right up the street and you can park in the parking garage which is anttached to the hotel but is owned by the neighboring restaurant and walk. We never had to use our vehicle. You can have your room cleaned if you request it otherwise they clean every three days. The breakfast was good. Every day there were scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon and you could make waffles plus there was fresh fruit sliced up and yogurt, toast and bagels, some pastries and cereal. Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly American staff, breakfast was Hot. Breakfast area had nice spread of options, both HOT and cold options. The lady running the kitchen area did a FANTASTIC JOB keeping everything stocked, tables clean, and very polite!!! The only downside to this location and not really a fault to the hotel is if there is some type of function going on down here in this area even though you have a room here your parking doesnt have a guaranteed spot. Otherwise yes there is tons of parking!!! Loved the atmosphere and this area i will come again.

What a wonderful stay we had here! Room was very spacious and clean, and the location was great! Very easy check in and check out, and friendly staff. It is within walking distance of a lot of little shops and boutiques, candy stores, bakeries, and many eating places, many with the cutest little patios. Wish we would have had more time to really enjoy the district there. Also, close to the airport with very little traffic, about a 10-12 minute drive. We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay while in town for a wedding!! Highly recommend!!
