Comfort Suites St Charles-St Louis

Good hotel near Ameristar. Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good TV. Shower was spacious with good water pressure and consistent hot water. Breakfast was decent though the eggs were bland. I came prepared with my own hot sauce. I'd gladly stay here again.

Mixed review The Good…., clean, plenty of pillows, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Friendly people The Bad, at least for me.. others it may not bother. I have been a choice hotel member for over 10 years and was at one time a diamond member. On arrival, they used to acknowledge this and thank me. I spend the extra for a suite with a sofa because I don’t want to lay on the bed until Im ready to go to sleep. There was one TV which was in-between the 2 beds. I sat on the sofa, I couldn’t watch it. I thought, maybe it pulls out and turns, no luck. I also like a hot shower with good pressure, Not in my room. The best was luke warm and the pressure was like a rain. I don’t like paying a $75 incidentals fee and have to wait a week to get it back. The girl at the desk told me it the

The rooms were clean for an older hotel. They were also spacious, and comfy beds. But the service was not great. Understaffed at the front desk, with a high need for front desk support, since they still have vintage key technology that demagnetize no matter how careful you are. Every time I had to access my room, my key needed recoded. Breakfast was fine, but refilling of empty things was difficult. For what the room cost, I expected a little more.

My first time staying at this location it was nice. I picked some where to rest for overnight while we drove back to Texas. The room was big and clean. The hotel is a little bit outdated. The rooms look older. The bed was not as soft as I would like it. The staff were very nice.

Upon arrival, asked if we could have a room with a tub rather than shower. Lady at the front desk so that they are sold out and the answers no. Given that when we arrived I would guess roughly 75% of the hotel had yet the check in. This could have been a very easy switch of rooms to accommodate our request but she had no desire to help us. Room was fine. Bed was comfy. Pretty much every interaction with the front desk in our three night stay was uncomfortable. Most the time she seemed bothered or uninterested to help, sitting on her phone behind the counter. Difficulties getting extra towels from her. HBO or the first night and then stopped working the next two nights. When asked if maintenance could come up and fix it, we were told there's no maintenance on site and we were told to watch
