WoodSpring Suites Seattle Everett

The staff are all super nice and ready to meet your needs. The housekeeper Ronelle is a very hard worker! Always making sure we have clean sheets and towels. All the housekeepers work hard to keep the place smelling clean and looking nice. Will definitely be recommending this extended stay to family and friends.

Room was dirty and hotel staff were unhelpful. 2 hours after checking into my hotel room, I started getting very bad allergies. I checked the room and there was a lot of dog fur on the floor, and under the bed. It got on my socks and in the bed sheet. There was also pink mold as well as black mold in the bathroom. Not only was the room not cleaned thoroughly, but a health risk as well. Upon checking out, I was told that I would have to try to issue my refund the next day, the hotel attendant did not know how to. I called the next day and was told they were going to “research” the issue. There was no research to be done if they just checked the room. I stayed at the WoodSpring Suites for four nights. I’ve stayed here in the past and didn’t have the best stay, so I was a little worried coming back. However, once I realized it was under different management with a different staff, I felt a lot more at ease. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always went out of their way — even opening the door for me when my arms were full. Tawnny especially went above and beyond. She made check-in easy, gave me all the information I needed, and still took the time to have a genuine conversation. The simple things like a hello or goodbye every time I came or went really stood out. Overall, my stay was a 10/10, and the customer service here truly made the difference. I would absolutely stay here again

The kitchenette was a big plus — super convenient for longer stays. The staff was what really stood out though. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the tall red-haired lady at the front desk (I think her name was Monique?). She went out of her way to make sure my check-in was smooth and helped me with directions to nearby stores and restaurants. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests. The hotel felt safe, well-kept, and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable place with great customer service.

I recently stayed at the WoodSpring Suites in Everett, WA, and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming especiallythis red haired lady Dominique and a taller gentleman but i seemed to foreget his name, always willing to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchenette was a huge plus — everything I needed was right there, which made my stay so much more convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night, so I got great sleep every night. I also really appreciated how safe and well-maintained the property felt. The location is perfect — close to shopping, restaurants, and quick freeway access, but still peaceful and rela
