Executive Residency by Best Western Navigator Inn & Suites

Given all of the homeless looking people not only hanging out, outside, but some wandering around inside, I was concerned the place was doubling as a homeless shelter. Wasn't sure if my car was safe, and kept waking up all night long to check on it. Just for the feeling of safety alone, I would never stay there again. The place was clean enough, but run down with unpleasant musty smells. One cupboard was broken, and furniture was in bad shape. Having said all that: Surprisingly fantastic breakfast!

Good value for money, clean cosy rooms, small kitchenette and comfy bed adds to your peaceful stay! Staff was good, but free breakfast was like very basic! They charge for parking too!

Right up front I'll tell you this place isn't a 5 star hotels but it should be rated 5 stars for everything else. Stayed here for 3 nights. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious rooms. The staff was great. Dawson at the front desk is very nice and courteous. The employees in charge of keeping the daily breakfast stocked were on point. The cleaning staff were professional. Overnight security guard. Laundromat on the first floor is free. Pool was clean and looked after. Pretty much in any way they can they try to make things as comfortable as possible for their guests. It's not about the flash it's about taking care of folks. I'd happily return if I was ever in the area again. Great stay!

Great hotel in North Seattle Everett area. Close to freeways and evergreen way/ Highway 99. Close to plenty of good places to eat. Property staff are really good and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and worked well. Property is safe, well lit and have evening security. Pets allowed if you need. I highly recommend this property. My unit had a small functional kitchen with 2 burner stove, all utensils and plates ect. Coffee Kruger and 12 cup coffee pot if needed too. Great landing spot for long stay. Decent breakfast in the morning. I am planning another stay already for my fantasy football drafts.

My 6 year-old and I stayed here for 2 weeks due to home plumbing issues and these were my thoughts: The staff of this hotel were all incredibly friendly and helpful, even when my daughter spilled cheerios in the elevator. They did not make her feel embarrassed and continued to be patient and kind to her throughout our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were closed during our stay due to mechanical issues. The staff was apologetic and, though it was no fault of theirs, went out of their way to work with a nearby hotel to allow us access to their swimming facilities. Now, onto the breakfast. We never ran out of options for food in the morning! Their breakfast buffet included a yogurt station, a sandwich station, cereal with different milk options, along with your typical breakfast items!
