Quality Inn & Suites Everett

During my visit to Everett, I stayed at the Quality Inn Everett, where the experience was notably smooth. The front desk staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, and the room was thoroughly prepared, making it an ideal accommodation for my business trip. Although the hotel was undergoing a soft renovation at the time of my stay, I did not encounter any noise disturbances. I intend to choose this hotel for my next visit to Everett.

I like the breakfast, which is warm, has crispy waffle and has varieties of protein. The lightings in the bathroom are also designed well. Even thought the building looks having history from outside, it's newer inside with furniture, appliances and lightings seem recently renovated. I feel this hotel is well managed and maintained.

Positive: The hotel suite room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, and sitting area with a good restaurant across the street. Negative: The hotel is located on a very busy road. The streetside room had oud traffic noise and the hotel had a large number of homeless people wandering around outside. Coffee is offered until 9 am but a coffee stand is right in the parking area.

It seems like the room quality is going down.(1) Room 109 has a questionable stain on the relaxing chair that should have been removed with upholstery cleaner. Who's responsible for reporting it...the maid, and who is responsible for removing it, maintenance? (2) There needs to be additional electrical outlets installed on walls, especial between the bed and bathroom. My husband has heart equipment that must be plugged in at night. The bed has to be within 30' from an outlet and that outlet must also be within 30' to the toilet. And if one person is using the desk (outlets on the lamp), the other person with a laptop has no outlet to plug into. (3) Two rooms we've stayed in (rm 109 and 409) have a missing bar on the refrigerator door so we can't place food on the lower door shelf. I've had

I cant actually give stars on this review as we unfortunately had to cancel our reservation due to A family emergency. The staff were so accommodating & compassionate ( Megan on front desk) They did not have to refund our reservation but did so out of kindness & understanding. We very much appreciated the gesture. Service was above and beyond so based on that I would highly recommend this hotel.
