The room was actually okay. I had a problem with the older Hispanic lady at the front desk. This lady was very rude and it's unacceptable. I was told I couldn't have normal towels and that she had "messed up" towels to give us just because we have kids. So we were given nasty towels that had black marks on them.

Positive: The employees Negative: The bed had bed bugs. It cost me more to dry clean my clothes that I had laid out on the bed and wash the clothes not being dry cleaned when I returned home than the stay cost me. I was miserable the next day driving home.

Stay away from this place! The hallways smelled, the rooms smell bad and staff had no concern as to why I immediately checked out. I got there around 1am and when I got to my room I could instantly smell and chemical and smoke smell which instantly gave me a headache. I had a reservation for a few days and they had no concern at all as to why I was suddenly checking out. Do not go there unless you want to go smoke the crystal.

Surprisingly quiet given its location right next to the loop. Lots of parking! Room was more than adequate with great access for the disabled. All throughout the night the heater made an irritating noise as if someone was doing donuts in the parking lot. And the mattress was sagging on one side. My wife, as always, slept fine! The receptionist tried hard to be friendly; but didn't quite succeed.

Hotel staff told me and my group of 14 that we had to take out our own trash and clean the room ourselves that they had the cleaning supplies at the front desk for us to use. Who has you clean the hotel room you are paying for already. They also wanted all the linens changed out. They said they only have housekeeping every 2 weeks. Don’t go here you have to pay and then they want you to work for them for free on top of that.
