Staybridge Suites San Angelo by IHG

Person checking us in was terrific. Gave us a very warm welcome. Very helpful and professional. Told us of a great place to eat. It was called “Cork & Pig”. The food was great. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We will stay there again😊

Stayed there 12/17/2025 on business trip, they had great free breakfast and free dinner as well. The rooms are nice and quite they have carpet floors so it helps with hearing people walking upstairs if you're on a lower floor, they have a laundry that is free for use which I was very pleased with as I had to use it, they have a nice small gym and also a large pool, the front desk staff was very professional, the only concern I had was no ramp at the entrance so I had to leave the luggage cart on the sidewalk by entrance instead of being able to roll the luggage cart next to my vehicle to load it up but besides that everything else was great.

The room was comfortable and spacious for what we paid and expected. The sound-proofing seems good. The guests next door had dogs and we could always hear them bark when we were in the halls, but not at all when we were in the room. The hide-a-bed in the living room is not super comfortable and could use a plush topper to go with the sheets set, but it's nice to have that additional sleeping space. The rooms are starting to show a little age, but no functional problems and we all slept great and had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly here! Everyone there seems to genuinely enjoy working there. I love that the infant bed is a real crib rather than a pack-n-play, and they set it up before we arrived, which many hotels do not do. If you are an IHG rewards member this is the one to stay in. Of the three in San Angelo this one is the nicest. It's a decent hotel with nice rooms. The breakfast is good and I like the fact they have the afternoon dinner for 3 days a week also.
