Courtyard by Marriott San Angelo

After the base gave us a no availability letter, we were concerned about where we would stay for a few nights before my fiancé's graduation. Richard at the front desk was able to get us a last minute room at the military rate, and we were really grateful for his efforts. The hotel was beautiful and so comfortable. If, god forbid, we have to return to san angelo, we'll stay here again!

Not *terrible location, just not great. But maybe it's good for San Angelo. 7min drive to a city park playground for the kid, not bad. Room very clean. Furniture seems pretty new, "fancy" shaped fridge cabinet trying to be posh modern, I guess. Nothing wrong with it, standard low income courtyard has the usual bar.

Stayed at the Courtyard a few months ago while in San Angelo on business. I was in room 222, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Check in/Check out was flawless, didnt eat or use any of the other hotel facilities but the rooms were well maintained and had everything I required.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was not working, which was a disappointment. But everything else I experienced was excellent. The USB direct connections were a nice touch for all of my electronics. The front desk girl was attentive and polite. This location has close proximity to dining and necessity shopping.

There is NO EXCUSE to make a guest wait for approxi. 10 mins, when the hotel parking lot & lobby, is completely empty, that show how much busy over all this hotel & its employees are. 2 Employees passed by me saying “the person on the desk will help you”, when they all can see the desk person is on the phone. When the desk person hang-up the phone he picked up the paper & went inside. I cannot fathom how employees forget guest comes first, especially when this whole place is empty. Hotel is clean.
