WoodSpring Suites Reno Sparks

Although there was an unbelievable amount of woman hair in the bed, staff promptly provided a new bed set for me to use. Walls had boogers, floors & kitchenette were dirty, bathroom was nice but you can tell they aren’t up keeping up on maintenance and the details of cleanliness. I appreciate the security doors into the hotel, feels more secure for longer stays. But the vibe at night out side never felt comfortable and I worried about my car outside overnight. All in all, not bad for the price per night.. but I do wish it was cleaner in the room.

We have been here before and have stayed for occasional nights and for extended periods to when working.|The PROS : there are two girls on reception that are always pleasant and professional. they are attentive to guests. Thankyou Dizie and Ginette. They are the ONLY reason for the 2-star rating.|Very handy location right off I80 with easy access to Reno and the surrounding areas|CONS : Upon arrival you are told "no smoking, weed or vaping in the rooms". The constant pot smell is horrendous. It is a constant. No enforcement on something which is dictated to you at checkin. |Noise. The door slamming is ridiculous. Even during the middle of the night. You would assume that the door closers would have some form of adjustment to allow the door to close properly without the jarring crash that s

Hubby stayed here because of work and I stayed with him a few days and left. Location was perfect for commute to work. There was a hiccup but it was taken care of right away. They handled my mail and deliveries perfectly. Room was comfortable. Front desk ladies were always pleasant and took care of things promptly. Very helpful too. Safety is a high priority here. No one is allowed to enter without their key. If anyone tried to enter without a key, they were kicked out. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Mgr Gregg says Hotels Policy of not refunding for unused days to me is just lame and unprofessional. He said I have signed a contract and it says in the contract. Well. When checking in no one at the counter explains the policy but just hands out bunch of papers to initial & sign. No one explains that unused days are non-refundable. I booked for 5 nights for work related stay and was done in 4 days. So while checking out on the 4th day the lady at the reception says "sorry no refunds and starts showing me the contract" As a business man I just started using Choice Hotels, but not any more. This is stealing from your guest. Pocketing money that does not belong to them. Shame on Gregg and the whole Woodspring Suite Policy writers.I know they dont care for this review but they dont practi
