Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Reno - Sparks

Our room was very clean and had a lot of space. The laminate flooring is such a win! Makes the room feel way cleaner than the carpet they have at many other hotels. Theres shelves in the shower, which I was happy about. I was impressed with the full size fridge, sink, and even a small stove top. Dishes were available on request. Beds were comfortable and we had a good view of the park and lake. The TV has Netflix you can log on to. The breakfast is packaged muffins, yogurt,granola bars, oatmeal, etc... Coffee was not great. But the price for this nice of a room was very reasonable.

I just stayed at this property while moving my daughter into UNR, I thought it would be best with a car full of college items to be away from the casinos. This hotel is pretty much meant for long term construction workers. ||We arrived at dark and immediately saw several sketchy people in the parking lot as well as glass. As single females this was a concern to me. I even asked the front desk staff about it.||The free breakfast is just yogurt, packaged muffins and granola bars. And the room is basic without conditioner, body wash or a hair dryer. There was also no housekeeping.||With that said - the price was decent, a/c worked well, the room was clean and mattress was comfortable. Not a bad location near outlet mall and waterpark, with easy access to freeway. All employees seemed nice and

It was a good place to spend the night, whether you are just passing through or spending a few nights. Location is nice. We didn't get to explore the area since we were just passing through and needed a clean place to sleep. This hotel was clean, friendly, spacious, pet friendly, it has a full refrigerator, kitchen area with an electric stove top, and microwave. Very nice rooms. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the complementary breakfast. It would be nice if the website disclosed the type of breakfast provided. Its grab and go... individual wrapped muffins, granola bars, yyogurt. Although it is indeed nice to have something to eat for breakfast, knowing what would be provided would have helped us plan a little better. My child has severe allergies to all nuts and everyth

Positive: Convenient location. Not the best neighborhood, but we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. Negative: Breakfast options and seating were minimal.

This place is wonderful. Extremely clean and in a good location, convenient to a few shopping areas, restaurants, and casinos. Small laundry and gym area. Friendly and efficient front desk. The only negative experience from my recent stay there this past weekend was the guest in 313. Very loud and obnoxious, obviously didn't care if he was disturbing others or not. I feel the hotel should have made an effort to eliminate this problem but I saw no action taken. Otherwise, an excellent hotel. Definitely will book this place when I'm in town again.
