Best Western Plus Sparks-Reno Hotel

Not bad! Very clean so we’ll take it. The breakfast is free but seems like it isn’t because it is served inside the restaurant they have. Breakfast was alright. Mediocre food, typical hotel stuff. The shower in our room spit out of the shower somehow completely soaking the countertop, my clothes that were sitting there, and a huge puddle on the bathroom floor. Really big inconvenience. Besides that, not shabby at all 😊

We had a good stay there. Breakfast is simple and nice with lots of snacks and drinks. Quiet place and room was clean

Positive: Friendly and efficient staff, clean and spacious room Negative: The walls were so thin I heard my neighbor talking on the phone

Best hotel in RENO!!!! Cozy clean rooms, nice hot water, big tv for sports, and they even give rides/ pickups within a 3 mile radius!!! Debrah and Kam are incredible!! She went out of her way to help me feel right at home, actually I felt like a star!!! Do NOT, stay anywhere else in Reno!!!! I’ll be back repeatedly!!! Thank you 🙏 Debrah and Kam, and staff I’ll never forget this!!

Huge shoutout to Ms. Debra and Ms. Maddie! From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family. Super kind, helpful, and always smiling. They made check-in easy and were quick to help with anything I needed. They honestly made the whole stay better. The hotel is lucky to have them!
