Super 8 by Wyndham Sparks/Reno Area

My husband is a truck driver and I booked his stay three times at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are decent can't complain. He said his day was nice and they had breakfast! So that was a plus. Will definitely book rooms to them again if he ended up in that area.

The quality of the hotel is definitely good for what it is. Considering its a truck stop also. The service from the front desk person I believe her name is kyra was superb! Pays alot of attention to details and very straight forward and has a great personality really she's really nice. The room was very clean and well kept and considering the pandemic for them to still give a bagged breakfast still saved me some time and money. I can imagine its a hard task to maintain the upkeep of such busy location. But from my experience it was wonderful. I would say I definitely got my money's worth. Trust me I paid more for worst and I didn't regret spending a dime at this location.

The staff here is exceptional and very nice - that is about the only decent thing about this property. it is so dated and old that it is ridiculous to have to pay almost $100 for a room that has obviously not been renovated since it was built in the 1960s or 1970s! The carpet is dirty as can be and the bathroom is just...well...I mean, at least there were no critters. That's about the only decent thing I can say about the room.

The service was ok. The ladies were nice. But the room... was a mess!! TV cracked. Someone's dirty rag hanging in the shower. Smeared ketchup on the wall. Seriously need to fire and hire better housekeeping. Bed was comfy. Good location. Just the room was highly disappointing for the price!!

Firstly, the staff was kind and helpful, however, no one was at the counter when I came in; no notice was posted so I stood there unsure of when someone would show back up. The place could have been cleaner and the whole lobby and hallways smelled of cigarettes. The bed we slept on looked brand new and it was quiet. There no outlet on the side of the bed, just a lamp with a cord and no power source. Sad. Oh, and continental breakfast for them = coffee and packaged muffins.
