Disgusting. Side door lock broken off. Floor was filthy as evidence in photo with rag i wiped down. Cot as a bed? No real bed. Homeless guy slept in car in parking lot. Noisy is an understatement. You could hear interstate traffic on 4th floor. A/C was Noisy. Small cheap tv. For $80 night I would never go there again. No one at front desk. Tub had dirt and dripping faucet. Kitchen stove and fridge completely dirty. The health department should be called. Don't stay here. The check in lady was nice but beyond that, it went downhill fast. I never saw maids for 3 days.

They said they were processing my refund but they just charged me again. So I’m waiting longer for them to get it together. I’m irritated. Laughed on the phone like I was tripping for asking why they charged me again and the general manager didn’t even speak to me directly. They have roaches bad. The small brown ones that populate fast. Disgusting. Housekeeping didn’t clean the three rooms I was shown they just made the beds. Everything was old and filthy, the bathroom floor was puffy water damaged. At first I told her I’ll just sweep myself before I bring my stuff in cause I was tired, but soon as I saw roaches I left immediately .

I wouldn’t stay here. My husband & I ck’d into room & found a large dead roach. It’s the south, so figured the hotel was being proactive & continually spraying. Upon returning from dinner, found several smaller ones, mostly in the bathroom. Eshhhh!! Also, NO ice machine. Not even a broken one.

Positive: The location is good. Negative: The room has roaches crawling around and could use some exterminator work.

The lady at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Downfalls are the heater in my room makes a whole lot of noise. The toilet doesn't always flush but I know how to do that without any assistance.
