Holiday Inn Express Apex-Raleigh by IHG

I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very quiet. It was apparent that the staff took pride in their work through the care and welcoming nature they had. Shout out to Ben who was so friendly and nice! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I went every morning, which is not something I usually do!

First time at this HIE and the stay was well worth it. Cozy comfy beds. Large room . Good working a/c. Good shower pressure. Close to highway. Seems to be a quiet and safe area. Stayed for two nights. Didn’t have the opportunity to eat the free breakfast. Worth the price

We visited 3 hotels in 3 days on a recent trip and this hotel was the best when it came to room size, cleanliness, comfort of the bed and pillows (love the soft and firm options). The staff was courteous and helpful when I had a minor concern. The breakfast included healthy options like unsweetened oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, veggie omelets, and fresh fruit and the spread was kept stocked and clean. The only negative I had was the gym. There is only 3 pieces of cardio equipment in a very small room.

Stayed here on two occasions. Friendly staff - front desk and breakfast. Room: got two queen beds room for both time. Both times, one of the beds was not cleaned - hair behind one of the pillow, hair on bed sheet, small bug on pillow cover. I think they only clean one bed and the other bed they patted it down neatly and moves on. Bed mattress: very soft, curves in in the middle. One of the bed caved in before we even sat/laid on it. Breakfast: good.

We found our room to be spacious and clean. Ben was at the check-in when we arrived and he could not have been friendlier and more welcoming. He is in the perfect position representing your hotel. Breakfast was well stocked, and the area was being kept clean at all times. On a personal note I love that you have Greek yogurt. I am vegetarian and most hotels do not offer that. It’s the only kind of yogurt I can eat. Overall great experience and I would book here again.
