Clarion Pointe Apex - Holly Springs

Karen is a DREAM! This hotel has been so kind, warm and inviting. Can anyone NOT want those things? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. It's quiet, VERY close to the interstate and very easy to get too. I couldn't be happier with the accommodations. The room is very spacious, the bed comfortable and the couch soft. If you happen to be the the Raleigh area and don't want the traffic issues, come here!

Really nice hotel, and a great staff! There are a couple areas that need some improvement. There's some damage in the room we stayed. The carpeting could use updated. There was a unique smell in the room when we first arrived, that kind of the smelled like sewer. The breakfast was great! Price was awesome! I would love for the handicap rooms to have an automatic open once you swipe your card. Very difficult to get in for a handicap person by themselves.

Never stay here! I have charges on my card they "claim" they didn't make. Then they insisted we pay a smoking fee. When no one in our room was smoking! The whole hall smelled of smoke. They charged everyone just to scam people and make $|| the owner come up in our room while my kids were changing saying he was going door to door because he smelled smoke. And wanted to keep standing there when he saw my daughter changing. he was very unprofessional. Acused us of things we didn't do. Fighting 500+ worth of bull s*** charges. Some of which they claim they didn't charge when I could show them they did. ||This place is a scam! They took advantage of having a full hotel because of a soccer tournament and wanted to make extra $$ the woman manager lied and said she came in our room and saw smoke.

The good: The staff was excellent: friendly and professional. The room was clean and the breakfast area the next morning was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and the drapes kept out the light. It was quiet with no noises to disturb sleep. Those are all solid positives. But there are a few not-so-positives: The bathroom was clean, but the toilet is really, really low and the water level in it is high, so that's not a good setup for hygienic reasons. (No one wants any body part to actually touch toilet water--and that was difficult to avoid. Yuck!) The television got a lot of local channels but offered no streaming options. The info card with the TV claimed it was possible to cast an app to the television from a personal device like a phone with instructions in the TV menu but that was no

Stayed here a couple times now and it is always nice, with clean rooms and friendly staff. John at the front desk is always really nice and super helpful. Free hot breakfast and comfortable beds for a good deal.
