Quality Inn & Suites Apex - Holly Springs

Quaint Spot. Not a lot of traffic or noise. With it being close to the highway you didn't hear much traffic. The location is........I believe it works but not the most convenient depending on the way you are traveling. I love the fact it's a church connected to the hotel. Make you think before you engage in any sinful activities. (Here for sports) When we pulled up, the outside looked a little dated and the front door was......different. The lobby smelled good and looked clean. Staff upon check in and departure was cool. The beds are firm which I love. I was actually able to sleep. Soft fluffy pillows but I needed 3 so fluffy. The reviews I read for this property led me to believe it was a safe, clean place to stay. It was terrible! There were multiple signs inside and outside the hotel advising guests to not leave valuables in cars. The hotel is located behind another large building that made it not visible from the street. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, in spite of it being a no smoking room/property. The room was dingy and dirty. We only stayed long enough to change clothes for the event we were attending and then gave our keys to the employee at the front desk, deciding it was safer to drive home late that night instead of staying there.

The hotel is in an area that did not feel safe.....there were numerous warnings posted to not leave valuables in our car and the hotel was not visible from the street. Once inside our room the musty smell combined with the stale smoke smell confirmed our decision to not stay there. And the room was not clean as well as dingy looking. After changing our clothes for the function we were attending we left our key with the front desk and told her we were not staying. (We were there less than an hour.). It was a total waste of my money and I'm angry that the reviews posted did not tell the truth about this property.

I only needed a place to crash for one night that was convenient to my destination in Apex. The room was updated and very clean. ||Outside of the room the hotel shows its age. The lobby smelled old and I almost walked out. The carpet and the elevator really showed some age. I'm surprised they haven't remedied those, since I read about them on another review. ||The front desk staff needs to learn to greet guests and make them feel welcome. ||Breakfast was non-descript, but it does the job.||This hotel is good for someone just wanting a budget hotel without frills. Good for families looking for a decent place without spending a lot. I had a king bed and there was a sofa bed in the room. Also a mini fridge.

Good service. Nice Staff very friendly. Short distance from the Job. Rooms were clean when I checked in. All in all a great experience and I would absolutely do business with them again.
