Customer Reviews
The hotel was very nice and clean. The heated pool was not heated, the door to the pool wouldn't close completely, which is probably why the room was cool. When asking the front desk about controlling the heat, she said thy can't contol it, and the room is always 80°. It was not, and with the room being mostly glass and the outside temps being quite cold, it was cold in the room with me fully dressed. I chose this location for the "heated pool" as my daughter loves to swim. Outside of this issue everything else was very nice and accommodating.
Modern, well maintained. . Up to Marriott standards, breakfast, wifi. Gym and pool all great amenities.Easy in and out. Location not immediately near restaurants that door dash delivery limited Plan ahead to pick up needs. Refrigerator and microwave in room.
Very nice rooms, comfy bed, microwave and fridge. The front desk people were awesome, gave me a late checkout. It has an indoor pool and good little workout room. It's a bit off the beaten path.
By and large, ours was a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant staff. I only have four quibbles, three of them minor and one of them significant:||1. I'm a big guy, and found the beds too soft.|2. The room had one of those infernal thermostats that defaults to 70F if it doesn't detect movement. I like to sleep on the chilly (66F) side, so I had to get up several times a night to reset it.|3. The bathroom soap was the size of a USB stick and disintegrated after two attempted uses. We had to go to a nearby CVS to buy a human-sized bar of soap.||and the big one:|4. We stayed three nights, taking the "Do Not Disturb" thing off the door handle. Our room was not visited by housekeeping at any time during our stay. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean
Had a good 3 night stay. Clean and good amenities. Breakfast had good options for the family. Staff was friendly. Only annoyance was the TV in our room wasn’t working. We asked the front desk if someone could take a look while we were out. It seemed to work again for a short period when we got back but same problems reoccurred soon after.
