WoodSpring Suites Morrisville - Raleigh Durham Airport

True review by someone who had been staying here for 2 months now. Yes, at times it can be noisy, yes you occasionally see homeless people outside or walking by. But by no means is this place unsafe. It's very safe, well run by people who care about you and your family. The rooms are clean and accommodating. I sleep so well. This is an extended Stay type hotel, but I have never seen anyone sleeping in the lobby or doing hard drugs on premises. Yes, people smoke cigarettes and items from the local vape shops, but outside only. Its a great place to stay short or long term. I personally believe some of the reviews for this location are not legit. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great stay.

My experience at WoodSpring Suites RDU (610 Airport Boulevard) has been wonderful. The staff has been friendly and professional. The rooms have been nice and clean. The facilities are well cared for and modern. There is a laundry on site and gym. The appliances in the room are great. You can make your own meals. The bathrooms are great. I got a hot shower every time I stepped in the tub. It is a great place to stay, while being away from home. It is great for an individual or for families. I would definitely stay there again. I will definitely be back.

My room smelled very bad & the hallways smell worse. After a long day walking to my room would piss me off because of the smell. The lady at the front desk is rude. Over the phone she’s very nice but in person it’s like you’re bothering her. In front of her manager she is fake nice and away from her manager she show on her face she’s annoyed and don't care to help you. All you hear is dogs barking. They are way over priced compared to the experience. The smell was absolutely unbearable. I recommend you explore other hotel options. 10/10 highly do NOT recommend. I hated every moment of my stay. No REFUNDS for early checkout so think wisely. When you check-in you sign to agree to no refunds. If you’re checking in after hours It is a Kiosk that allow you to check-in. All 5 stars. Check in was a breeze and any assistance with booking was super simple. Have been here a handful of times but this time had Anye and she was a great help all around. Very kind and knowledgeable. Love her service and love the hotel! Recommend to any one in need of a good and affordable place in the Cary/Morrisville area

Was really looking forward to this stay, was visiting out of town n never experience a virtual check in which was a little weird and time consuming. Instead of have a physical person at the front desk would have been easier and quicker. They charged $100 holding fee which I think was unfortunate base on these rooms not being clean. That was my only issue is the cleaning. All 3rooms were dirty and hair everywhere. Than proceed to lie about the last room that it was clean and only gave me 2 flat pillows!!
