Great location. 10 mins from RDU airport. Pool is excellent, included breakfast is great. Lots of choices except no milk. Only juices, water and coffee. Room was clean and a good size. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the noise from the outdoor seating area off the main lobby. Lots of noise, people talking, yelling, music playing till late at night.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Ciara at the front desk — she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, her professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness stood out in a way that I rarely experience when traveling. Her customer service is truly unlike any other hotel I’ve come across. She was attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. Ciara doesn’t just do her job — she creates an experience. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made such a lasting impression, and she represents the hotel with excellence. Great service with very kind, helpful staff. I come here often for work and it’s always very clean. Good breakfast. Nice pillows and great travel size toiletries. Only negative thing I would say is the coffee in the lobby isn’t the best, but having stayed in many hotels it’s nice to have the option. Also want to point out the shuttle drivers are a great help. Don't forget to tip. Thanks for the great stays and I have no doubt many more to come.
