Hyatt House Raleigh Durham Airport

I had a great stay at Hyatt House Raleigh-Durham in terms of the room itself. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, this hotel offers complimentary breakfast, and unfortunately my experience this morning was very disappointing. I checked in last night, had a comfortable night’s sleep, and came down for breakfast today. The coffee was lukewarm, the oranges were spoiled, and the staff were loudly chatting among themselves at the tables. In addition, the grits had a strange smell, which made me uncomfortable. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the breakfast experience was extremely unpleasant. Had a medical appt nearby and this was a very convenient location. Desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Asked for a room near elevator and they were able to do so. Also got to check in a little early since the room was ready when I got there. The room was perfect with a king bed, couch, tv that you could rotate from the couch to the bed area, a nice little kitchen with cooktop, full size fridge, dishwasher, desk, nice bath area. Room was clean, no odors, windows with full black out shades behind the mesh screens. Bed was comfy. Not sure I like those small square bed pillows instead of the regular size ones. I would like to have a zero entry shower instead of a tub/shower combination. The breakfast buffet was very good with real food. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, fruits,

Positive: Very clean and accommodating. Negative: Our room on the 2d floor was very dark with no view whatsoever. Fine for our needs for one night, but if we were staying longer I would have requested a different room.

I had a great experience staying here. The studio rooms are well designed and come with a full-service kitchen. They include an induction stovetop, a microwave, a small dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and features a bathtub with stand-in shower. Just outside the bathroom is a large vanity with a big washbasin and mirror. This setup allows someone to use the vanity even if the toilet or shower is occupied. One small drawback is that brushing your teeth in the vanity area might disturb others who are sleeping in the room. The rooms are well ventilated and have large windows with blackout blinds, which is a big plus. There appear to be many amenities such as a gym, a swimming pool, and workspaces, although I did not use these facilities. The elevators are large

Raleigh Durham Chapel Hill road.||My trips to Raleigh are long (usually 2weeks +). I usually stay at Hyatt House RDU. I find it extremely convenient for long stays. The rooms are clean and come with a small well-equipped kitchenette. As an Indian and Vegetarian, proximity to an Indian restaurant as well as India store helps finding required food or ingredients or supplies when staying for as long as 2-3 weeks.||The rooms are clean; Wi-Fi is good across the hotel. Hotel has gym, laundry room and a bar. It also offers morning shuttle for a drop at work location within 5 Kms. Staff is courteous and helpful. ||All in all, it can be a home away from home:).
