I can't say enough good things about this place. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness, safety features and friendliness of staff. The hotel even offers free shuttle service to over 2 pages of nearby restaurants as well as airport! I had a full kitchen, pristine walk-in shower with toiletries, premium bedding and a huge TV. The couch was Uber comfortable. There was a smoking area outside. The grounds were beautifully manicured. They had a nice variety at breakfast including several different flavored coffee creamers and herbal tea choices. I was offered complimentary bottled water at check in. Staff greeted me and smiled each and everytime, even in passing. The property was well- lit but in a comfortable way. The lobby is open 24hrs and has a snack and drink for-purchase area for all

Cleanliness of the hotel is what stood out the most to me. It's so nice to come to a home away from home and feel comfy and cared for! The breakfast was wonderful, and the pancake maker was a big hit with the kids. Angela at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. I would most certainly stay at this location again.

Positive: How fresh the room smelled. Negative: Breakfast options were trash. The orange choose also tasted spoiled and the area did not feel clean. Vending machine for drinks and no drinks. The vending machine for snack had expired candy that was dispensed to me. Front desk agents were meh!!

Booked last minute for a night ahead of a conference - these aren't rooms, these are full apartments. Stocked ktchen, dishwasher, stove top, full fridge, living area, private bedroom, super comfy bed/pillows - great hot breakfast buffet good gym. Super convenient to interstate. Best hotel stay in a very long time.

My Wife and I stayed here recently. I must say that this Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Best of all, the Customer Service was the absolute best. The person at the front desk, I believe her name was Angela, was very helpful with dining recommendations and the nicest person that I've had the pleasure of dealing with at a Hotel. We will be definitely staying here when we come back to Raleigh
