TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Morrisville

Wonderful experience with this Townplace Suites. I needed a room block for our hockey team and Kellye Jones assisted. She was very friendly and helpful. We received a great rate and even were allowed to use their meeting space for our end of the season party. When we arrived, the front desk worker was very welcoming. Our room was ready early. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. There were two queen beds, a smart tv with Netflix, a kitchenette with an almost full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The lighting was good throughout and lots of ports and outlets provided. This place is amazing! I truly felt at home. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, and getting my room key took no time at all. The hotel is very clean and smells great.|The room was a suite, and it was amazing, that’s all I can say. They really thought of everything to make a staycation feel comfortable and enjoyable. Honestly, it made me want to rent there year-round. The room was absolutely worth the price.|All of the staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good, with something different offered each day. I’m not sure if TownePlace Suites is in every state. If so I’m stay there every time. I’m already planning my next stay with them.

Had an amazing experience at this beautiful location. I checked in very late, they were very helpful and friendly even in the middle of the night.||The room was new and modern, spotlessly cleaned. Spacious and luxurious, and everything you could ask for while traveling.||The real shining star of the weekend was the breakfast. The weekend I was there, there happened to be a tour bus full of high schoolers. As I approached the breakfast area it was standing room only, I had minimal expectations given how busy it was. To my surprise the guy working on breakfast was knocking it out of the park. He had everything fully stocked, and cleaned to perfection. It's a fairly new very neat and clean place. Go for it if cleanliness is your only criteria in selecting a hotel. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful. I gave 4 out of 5 because of 2 key issues. 1. Out of the 6 days I stayed, they served eggs for breakfast only for 2 days. That was a first time for me, anywhere in the world. 2. They have a good enough gym and a water dispenser inside that, but there were no cups kept. A very small thing someone could have looked into. This was the case in 5 out of the 6 days I stayed. Housekeeping and replenishing supplies happened only on alternate days. Compared to a few other options around the area, they don't provide free transport to anywhere or airport pickup and drop.

I stayed here for a 5 night business trip and was very pleased overall and especially with the 24 hr gym, and buffet breakfast set up Dolores every morning. She rotates the choices and greets every guest. The room was cleaned every other day was very quiet though being so close to RDU i did hear the early am planes but I did have an end room so that may have been a factor. It's convenient to restaurants and my work location and the Starbucks out in front for those who want that though it does get busy. I'll definitely rebook for future travel plans.
