WoodSpring Suites Missoula

Extremely pleased with my stay! It was very quiet, the bed was fairly comfy and the room stayed at a nice temperature. The sheets were stained, however, and I did not care to much for no curtains on the window. As a SA survivor, privacy is a huge factor in how safe and comfortable I feel. No worries though, we just put a sheet over the blinds (that didn't wanna close all the way) and that seemed to do the trick! Kind of disappointed they don't offer breakfast or cookware but when you think about it; this hotel is obviously aimed towards those traveling for extended work projects and usually those guys tend to bring what they need to live off in a hotel setting (like pots and pans and plates, all the good stuff to cook with) The young gentleman that checked us in was very polite and thoroug

As a solo traveler I felt safe here, with my dog. Dog friendly rooms were smelly but we managed for one night. Thinner walls, but we were able to sleep. Appreciated the no carpet. The rooms had fridges, and microwaves that was nice. Good size.

We were placed here by our company, I was skeptical. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, thank you Courtney. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, but it has security, spotless, and they are attentive to your needs. Conner and Courtney, thanks again. For a budget friendly hotel, this hotel is great.

Worst hotel stay, very loud can hear everything neighbors are doing. We stayed after a football game and there were loud drunk people all over the hotel. The refrigerator rattled so loudly it woke up my 2 year old son. No hot water, took cold showers. No coffee maker in room and no coffee at front desk. Room key only worked half the time. Bed frames were bigger than mattress which were awkward to get in and out of. No extra mirrors outside of bathroom to use to get ready. No hair blow dryer. Only chairs in the room were metal dinning chairs. Awful location hidden behind another hotel with a very small parking lot.

Positive: Room was clean. Beds were minimally ok. Negative: Desk agent told us immediately on check in - no breakfast, no coffee in lobby, no coffee in rooms, no ice machine. Odd room, had a kitchenette with open shelving and cabinets, cook top, refrigerator. All empty. App won’t let me add more negatives
