City Center Motel - Missoula

We are football season ticket holders and have stayed with Jackie and Kevin for years. We look forward to seeing them and staying with them during football season every year and any time we need a clean, comfortable, more than accommodating place to stay. It's not often that one is treated so kindly, remembered by name and greeted in such a heart warming way no matter the time or place. I have and will always recommend the City Center to anyone looking for a place to stay in Missoula. They are wonderful people sharing their extended home with all who are needing a place to rest their (sometimes tipsy) heads. Stop and stay. You will be thankful you did!

We stopped in Missoula on our way from Glacier National Park to Yellowstone and stayed at the City Center. It was not far from the freeway and easy to get to. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in took no time at all. This is a no-frills motel but it was a very pleasant stay and we had all of the amenities you'd expect. Parking was right in front of the room and a breeze to get in and out of. We were close to dining, which was nice. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

We have stayed here many times. Usually with good success. This time however was a completely different experience. Two issues, first I had made a reservation for two rooms one room which I had canceled however when I showed up it said it was still reserved under my name. I was told that night that they would cancel it and I would not be charged. Lo and behold it showed up on my credit card the next day which I've discussed with them twice and was then told that the room would still be charged to my name for one night because they weren't able to fill it. I have the email receipt to show that it was canceled but it didn't matter. This will be a simple credit card dispute. They also charged me 20 dollars more than my original reservation for the room I kept. Second issue, cleanliness. Usua

KEEVIN is the GOAT! I had to make super last minute travel plans in Missoula. Let me tell you that this man stayed open past closed, was gracious, kind, empathetic, and genuinely a good soul when I needed someone safe to rest my head. These are the heroes of our community! Fantastic energy, clean and accommodating space, genuinely authentic representation of Missoula!

After driving for a very long time, the kind owner engaged in a nice conversation with me about my visit. And she already knew my name. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name . It’s a small downtown Missoula motel, perfectly placed for downtown fun, and university events. Room is clean and has everything needed. I’m staying here for three nights for my son’s graduation and could not be happier with my reservation. And, the price for a downtown room, really more than fair. Every time I come to Missoula in the future I’ll be reserving a room, hopefully with availability! James
