Positive: This suite hotel was just great--we had a two-room suite, a bedroom with two beds and a small living room with kitchenette. It was way more than we needed for ouir stay. This would be a graet place for a guest who needs a place for several days. Negative: ""

Really appreciate the excellent service and quality amenities of this hotel. As has happened too many times in the past at other hotels, the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance or repair. As opposed to other hotels which don’t openly identify this before you pay, the clerk at Staybridge stopped to inform me and ALSO mentioned that the hotel had an agreement with the Courtyard hotel next door for guest guests to use their facilities! Later, when I went to use the amenity, when it was taking too long to notify the front desk at Courtyard by phone, a clerk walked me over personally! The room was great and very comfortable. Overall very pet friendly, and without extra cost! A spaghetti and meatball dinner was provided with garlic bread and dessert! Also free drinks. Another rare but ve

The rooms are nice & the location is great. The staff is who I’m here to talk about though; couldn’t be kinder & sweeter. They are welcoming, accommodating, & treat everyone like family. I had surgery today & came back to my hotel room to flowers, treats, & a get well soon card. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, for everything they offer, but most of all - the staff! & special shout out for the delicious corn chowder!

Exceptional in every way! The hotel is used so it has a few bumps and bruises but extremely clean. Staff is exceptional, friendly, responsive. Took care of our small problem immediately. Breakfast was REAL and had healthy options. Even had a light supper/snacks because we were there on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. They have a nice little billiards room we used. This is our new favorite hotel. The rooms are outstanding.

I was really impressed with this hotel for the value. It's not the ritz carlton but it's clean, nice, spacious, and the breakfast is decent. Comfy bed and a nice staff as well!
