Baymont by Wyndham Missoula

The location was good for us because we were there to shop. It's also close to the freeway, without the noise. I really was surprised how quiet it was. The room was 1 bed and pretty small but still comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were great! (I am a pillow snob) The staff was friendly. The breakfast was sufficient, nothing to brag about. Cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs biscuits and gravy, sausage, breads, & waffles.

Positive: The staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful. The fitness room was nice. The breakfast was really good, fresh, and offered a good variety. Negative: The rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear the people above us all hours of the night being very loud. There was mold along the top ceiling of the shower, although the rest of the room was clean.

I had a very poor experience at this property and would not recommend staying here. I was unable to stay due to unsanitary room conditions. The first room had urine-stained sheets. I requested a different room, but the second room had sheets covered in dead skin, indicating the linens had not been changed. I left immediately and did not stay. Although the charge was initially refunded, the manager later reversed that decision. When I contacted the hotel to explain why I couldn’t stay, both the manager and Austin at the front desk insisted that “our housekeepers change our sheets” and refused to honor the refund. When I said I would dispute the charge with my bank, I was told, “That’s certainly your prerogative.” The rooms are extremely small and feel cheaply renovated, with no sound dam

If I could give it a zero I would. For starters, this isn't Baymont's fault but I booked thru Booking.com. I ended up cancelling 3 of the 4 nights but Baymont still charged me for the whole thing, even tho they agreed upon a certain dollar for the cancellation. the GM Heather was very rude and did not want to work at all with me saying its all booking.com's fault. |But the reason I even cancelled was because the hotel is super old and dingy and gross. the carpet looks like its been there since it opened back in the 1800's and never replaced. The tub was grimy and not in a dirty way, like in a grimy never get clean way. The AC was SO LOUD I literally couldn't sleep. that's why I moved hotels. and had previously asked the attendant if it was possible and he said yes. Would never stay there

Everything was good. Just wish the water was hotter and got hot faster. And not all the outlets worked. Breakfast was great. Overall experience was good. Would definitely come back.
