Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn in Missoula, Montana, from November 27, 2025, to November 30, 2025, and we were absolutely delighted! The hotel's name lived up to our expectations. The staff was incredibly polite and responsive, always ready to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and very cozy. It had everything we needed: from a comfortable bed to a kettle and refrigerator. The towels were crisp and fluffy. Everywhere was very clean, from the room to the common area, with no odors. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. We loved the relaxation area with a jacuzzi, pool, steam room, and sauna. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Booked a king suite for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised. I've worked in the hotel industry for over a decade and everything from the staff, breakfast, to pool area and rooms, was great. I'm very harsh on my cleanliness standards and was happy to not have any issues with our room. It was clear housekeeping pays attention to detail. Luke, (maybe Liam?) at the front desk was also especially kind. Now my small issues was the bed was a little wonky and uncomfortable (it's rare to find a good bed in a hotel) but the pillows were amazing (the super fluffy, soft and squishy kind) Added bonus: long pool hours, and pool hours at night for adults only. Sauna, hot tub and steam room too!

We booked 3 rooms and then came back the following night and booked 3 more rooms. A couple of them have tipsy mini fridges. Service was good, Rooms were clean. Reasonable rates

My husband and son and I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows so you can find just the right one. There was a nice armchair and a desk with chair (I hate having to always sit on the bed). The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
