WoodSpring Suites Medford near I-5

Absolutely without a doubt the worst hotel or suite if you wanna call it I have ever seen in southern Oregon. I would rather stay at a low budget tracked out hotel that say this one the people are rude. They don’t have no working elevators if you’re disabled, Watch out because you are definitely screwed. I wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing. I will be posting videos. Also I saw a very polite delivery driver a food delivery driver who asked to go through the doors. The employee said nope you can’t go through there. You have to leave everything on the table and the delivery driver was like well that’s not the policy. I have to deliver to the customer. Well, that’s our policy absolutely terrible because of the way they treated him we left and we were going to stay a week.

If you like hotels that have itchy sheets, maid service that makes the shinning look like the Hampton, and a past her time supervisor who hates herself as much as her obviously miserable life, + stove tops that don’t work *this is the place for you. Although new, the mentality of the owners and workers of this hotel show that you too can put the cart in front of the horse.

They are rude I would definitely not stay here I have never seen such rudeness a gentleman was checking in and his credit card was having an issue the employee treated him like he was some broke poor individual when it was simply just the card reader. I can see why the parking lot is completely empty other than three vehicles so if I were you I would definitely choose the Hilton Homewood suites or hell for that matter of motel 6 would be better than that place

New to the area! Super nice and efficient staff. Rooms have great full size amenities. 👌 will be coming back if in the area!
