Rodeway Inn Medford South I-5

Rodeway Inn is your place for clean, comfortable rooms. Traveling to Medford for a medical procedure? How about for short-term work (like construction or contract labor)? Look no further. A night or two OR an extended stay in a clean, comfortable, SAFE downtown location. An easy walk to good food. Covered parking means you're dry & shaded no matter the weather. A wide variety of room configurations are available, including a three bedroom house complete with a full kitchen for the whole family. Wonderful facilities and your on-site hosts are fantastic people to boot! And thank you for your tremendous community service during and after the tragic fire in 2020. We just love you guys!

On the plus side, the room did not have an odor, the water pressure in the shower was great, with plenty of hot water and there were lots of channels on the tv. ||However, the floor was dirty. A hard surface floor only needs to be vacuumed and mopped, but this seemed to not have been cleaned in a while. ||Under the bed were used tissues and lots of dust bunnies. The mattress was sloped to one side and the linens looked used - wrinkled, loose on the mattress. ||The bathroom had broken tiles and the toilet seat had many spots where the paint had worn off. ||The mini fridge freezer had no door and was iced up. ||The online photos and reviews do not reflect our experience. ||The dirty floor and what seemed like a slept-in, worn out bed assured I won’t stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Rodeway one night, due to it being highly rated by AAA. The ratings were right - our room was extremely clean and well-maintained! The inn feels safe, you can park right in front of your door, and it's easy to get to from I-5. The continental breakfast (available from 7 to 9) had a lot of options and was well laid out. The only downside I can think to mention is that the air conditioner is loud - but it wasn't a problem for me, since I don't mind the white noise. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, with easy temperature control. The fridge is larger than most hotel room fridges, and the room had a little microwave, too. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the Rodeway was, and would definitely stay again!

Very nice clean room. Good furnishings, lots of electrical outlets, heater worked well, plenty of hot water, good lighting. Comfortable bed, TV worked well. Covered parking a plus. Facility was well maintained, no trash, clean parking spaces. Very good location near restaurants, gas stations and shopping, easy access to the interstate highway.

What a lovely little motel! It is right off Hwy 99 but off the road and tucked back behind a fence. The parking spot for each room is under a deep overhang. Our room was very clean, had good internet and was dark once we turned off the lights. The a/c worked well, too. Apple Maps gave us some weird directions that took us all around town but they were wrong. The motel is very close to I-5 yet far enough away there was no truck noise. It took us only minutes to get back on the road in the morning. Love this place. It’s a jewel.
