We stayed at Pine Tree Inn and were truly impressed. You can see the dedication and hard work that’s gone into renovating this place — it feels fresh, clean, and well cared for. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the beds made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming, always making sure we had what we needed. It’s clear they’ve put heart into creating a safe, quiet, and affordable stay right here near downtown Medford. We’ll absolutely be back

Great rooms. Clean spacious. Ref , microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron. New owners are very pleasant and helpful. Beds are new, freshly painted. Low price for a quality room.

Under NEW OWNERS, formally known as Tiki Lodge. Coffee makers, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, mini fridge, etc. It's so much nicer, clean and spacious rooms. Great maid and maintenance service! Wonderful management! I can't say enough good things about Pine Tree!!! You'll be happy to stay here!

Exceeded my expectations, probably the cleanest budget hotel room I’ve ever slept in. There was no breakfast, and kind of in a sketchy location, otherwise great.
