SpringHill Suites by Marriott Medford

Staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I especially want to recognize Michael with maintenance. Also, the GM of this property (can’t remember his name) seemed to take a lot pride in the hotel and especially the way guests are treated. Room was very clean, breakfast was great, coffee was always fresh. Recommend.

The SpringHill Suites in Medford, OR, offers a truly comfortable stay, largely thanks to the excellent quality of the suites themselves. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained given it was recently remodeld —exactly what you expect from the Marriott brand's focus on design and comfort. The separate living area, microwave, and refrigerator make it perfect for both short and extended stays, and the comfortable bedding ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff we encountered were also friendly and professional, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Based purely on the physical accommodations and service team, this hotel is easily a 4 or 4.5-star property. ​However, the hotel needs to significantly step up its game in the complimentary breakfast department. Had a great stay!!!! Chelsea started our visit off right as we checked in. She was very polite, personable, and professional. Somehow, I had a scheduling snafu and needed to rearrange my stay, which also involved other hotels. She took the time to fix the issue with a very pleasant demeanor even thought it was clearly my fault. |Likewise, I had a package shipped to the hotel hoping it would arrive before I continued my travels. When I learned my items would not arrive on time, I explained it to Barbra, who came up with a solution and gave me the confidence I could leave it to her to resolve.||Thank both you ladies!!!!|While I did not have real encounters with others, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. |The room itself was very clean. Positive: Trundle bed was awesome and convenient. Beds were decently comfortable. Breakfast was great with waffles and chocolate milk. Negative: Not a lot of surface area for bags in the hotel room. This matters with a family. And the fridge was small.

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️|We arrived as a group for a golf tournament and all needed to check in at the same time. Chelsea was the only one at the desk, yet she managed everything with professionalism, patience, and a warm smile. We had all just come off a long, exhausting day, and she seemed to notice right away—offering us waters, which we greatly appreciated. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we were very impressed with the level of service she provided.||The hotel itself is excellent too. The rooms were newly renovated last year, and they’re very nice and comfortable. You can’t beat the breakfast either—it’s a great way to start the day. We’re glad we still have a couple days left here and already know we’ll be looking forward to coming back.
