Comfort Inn Medford South

The hotel is extremely clean! The staff was wonderful, polite, understanding and very friendly. The hotel's indoor pool & hot tub was clean and easy to get to and use. The breakfast was huge and amazing and had options for everyone! The rooms were comfortable and spacious with a desk and mini fridge. The beds were nice, and the room was very clean. They had pictures of local areas hung in the room and within the hotel. Our room even had little flowers made on the toilet paper - which my kiddo absolutely loved!! The bathroom was also very clean, and had the bathroom staples like shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer and ample towels for our family - they even had shoe shine wipes in the room! Called twice to get an early check in and was denied. We pretty much were trying out your hotel for the first time. All good tho - get it. Hockey weekends in Medford are real. You drive in early on a Saturday and leave by 8am Sunday. That being said we didn’t check in until around 4pm Saturday. Checking I wasn’t my favorite. No eye contact and honestly the worst hospitality service I’ve ever experienced. A friendly face goes a long way.

Positive: We had a nice quite room on the top floor, and the hotel was convenient to Assante Medical Center, shopping and a good Mexican restaurant. Negative: Strangely, there were no towel racks in the bathroom. It's an older hotel with a slow elevator, but at least there is one!

Mannie, Patricia, and Jason(I apologize if I couldn’t remember it right, but I definitely mean the gentleman working there 24/7 :P ) they were all super nice. They were the most welcoming part of Medford to a new resident, and it was a pleasure to chat with each one of them. The room was nice, the bathroom fan could be stronger since it wasn’t efficient clearing out the humidity all day. I supplied it with the room’s AC by leaving it on. Also the bathroom had ant issues but I didn’t let the hotel management know till I left as it didn’t bother me, so hopefully they will be handling it. The sheets were clean, the management seemed much more responsible than the other comfort inn location closeby. Very clean, polite staff, nice breakfast spread. Clean indoor pool & hot tub that's open late and easy to acess. Super comfortable rooms, big bed, lots of little nice extras, like a postcard in the room & candy dish at check-in. Spacious room with desk, table, couch, & mini fridge. Bathroom was very clean & has shower curtain extender plus high-quality sustainable hygeine products, plus a hair dryer & ample towels for an average stay. Definitely going to check out the rewards program. Thanks for a great overnight stay!
