Our family utilized the handicap accessible room. Although some teachers in the room are outdated, the room was clean, nice spacious, and the bathroom was very large and accommodating. Staff was really nice and I was even able to receive a very important delivery at the front desk. Laundry room is updated with new equipment. And is affordable to do your laundry. There is security on site. Plenty of parking. They even have a cold vending machine as well as regular vending machine.

The hotel was reasonably priced and was clean. They give you options between a smoking room and a non-smoking room. It honestly does not matter the smell of smoke as soon as you walk into the hotel is overbearing. If it wasn't for the smell of smoke, I would rate the hotel higher.

We had to stay here with my children. This place has wonderful staff and they do as much as they can with what they have to work with. The rooms could be updates for sure. Other than that the staff is fantastic. The handicap rooms are huge and accessible. Definitely would stay here again.

Unfortunately, this room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. There was a used tissue left on the floor and half-open rolls of toilet paper, which immediately raised concerns about basic cleanliness. On top of that, multiple amenities were broken. The shower handle was partially torn off, and there was a missing sprinkler cover that left a hole in the ceiling. These are not minor cosmetic issues but clear maintenance and safety concerns. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and noticeably loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

This is mostly about the booking site used to secure the room. They are scammers. DO NOT book your room online if you can help it. I booked for 3 nights at $60 per night and was charged $295! No explanation either other than a refund protection program that I didn't need as I was booking for use on the same day. So I literally got charged almost $100 over the cost of the room and for what?! This company robbed me and I'm pissed. I do not recommend. Go anywhere but here.
