Positive: Clean room and common areas, overall quiet, spacious room and a nice breakfast included! Negative: Elevators seemed to be slow for the number of floors they serviced (4 floors). Water in the lobby area would have been nice to offer.

When we arrived, we were quickly greeted by the front desk clerk. She was very nice and very pleasant. She got us checked in quickly and keys in our hand with a bottle of water for each of us. We found the hotel and the rooms to be very clean. That is always a plus. Our room had a king size bed. The shower and toilet were separate from the sink which was right. It had a large big screen, TV and a couch area along with a fully stocked kitchenette. Everything was great about the room except the bed was a little bit firm for me, but that's just my personal choice. Your stay comes with a complementary breakfast. It was mediocre as far as hotel breakfast goes.

This is what a Homewood(Hilton) property should look like. Hotel smells fresh. The rooms are super clean, furniture and beds are clean. The shower is amazing. The dining/kitchen is one if not the cleanest of the Homewood hotels that I've been at. The front desk person was very kind and offered to turn on the lights for us to eat our snacks. The parking lot has many spots but can use a lighting upgrade. If you are in the area and deciding, this is the one you should book at.

I reserved and paid in full for the one night stay. When I checked in, the clerk told me, “Although you already paid, I need your credit card.” The reason? $50.00 hold on my card for “incidentals” should something be damaged or stolen in the room. I was also reassured I would not be charged and the money would be credited back to my account within five days if no damage or items were stolen after I checked out. As always, I left the room in immaculate condition. What was the end result? $31.80 charged on my card. Very deceitful and being scammed from what I thought was an upscale hotel.

I had the opportunity to stay in Room 403 at this stunning hotel from August 28th to August 29th. This hotel is super clean and the rooms are gorgeous. I loved all the natural lighting from the two large windows in my room and I loved the marble floor in the spacious bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped and both the fitness center and swimming pool areas were gorgeous. I was able to use their top notch business center to take care of work related Zoom calls and their business center is stunning. Both Cameron and Steven (hotel staff front office members) are super kind, super friendly and super professional hotel employees who deserve to be recognized by senior level management.
