Drury Inn & Suites Louisville North

I liked the room. The door is offset so that you can’t see into the room when you first open it. Booking the room was easy. No hoops to jump through to get the best price. Location was convenient although some noise from the highway breaks through. The hotel looked clean. no smells stood out. The staff were friendly. We didn’t need anything extra/replaced in our one night stay so I can’t speak to that kind of situation. Room seemed clean (we pull back sheets and check certain places before settling in.) My only disappointment was the shower head/water pressure- took me twice as long to wash my mid-length hair in that shower. This bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. Combine that with the shower taking longer because of the weak water pressure and the bathroom gets SO HUMID. Coffee m

The overall hotel was very clean and staff were nice. Breakfast was great! And the fact they had complementary dinner was great too. Dinning area was spacious and clean. Pool was a decent size with hot tub. The walls were a little dirty in our suite and the toilet didn't flush properly. Other than that our stay was great!

Positive: The breakfast Negative: The beds were horrible. When we made the reservations, they should’ve told us the pool and sauna were closed.

We had a very nice stay. The bed and pillows are a little soft for us but not bad. Room was clean. Service was good. Pool and hot tub were clean. Hot tub struggled to get to 100 but the jets were good. Breakfast and dinner was hot and tasty. Again they kept the area clean and well serviced. The shower was good but the pressure is soft. A little further away from downtown but still close enough to be able to check everything out. Parking area could get full an the evening but wasn't an issue. You can't access any TV apps so whats on is what you get. As a coffee drinker who likes flavored creamer I was disappointed with only half and half as my option. Thats a personal issue so may not be an issue for others. Staff was friendly at every encounter we had with them from the desk to food servic

We wish there were more where we travel. Excellent as usual, room, kickback, breakfast the whole package. Room was comfortable clean & quiet. Check-in was efficient and pleasant. Employee was well informed and explained all the perks clearly and answered questions. Love our Drury Inns.
