WoodSpring Suites Louisville Jeffersontown

Stayed for 2 weeks and place was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Vending machines were well stocked. My dog was allowed for a very cheap fee. She loved it too. Overall highly recommend if you need an extended stay.

Have stayed at other Woodspring Suites and none compare to the level of service at this location. Not even close in my opinion. They are by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. They keep the place very clean and are on it everyday early. And continue throughout the day. Everyone who works there is friendly and greets you coming or going. They go out of their way to insure top notch service. Always eager to help if the need be even in the simplest of times like making change for laundry or refund when vending fails to deliver. Probably the most disrespectful hotel I have EVER been too, I mind my business, stayed in my room, paid on time every single day. And the staff treats you like you’re a damn dog. And the way they talk to you , will absolutely blow your mind. The property attendant Alex is the most disrespectful person I have ever come in contact with. And the assistant gm doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing. Asked for toilet paper and she told me they were out.. and to go buy my own . . Mind blowing. The older man that’s a house keeper and the lady in scrubs are probably the only two people that know what they’re actually doing ! Oh and they have Roaches !!!!! We can’t say enough good things about the Woodsprings Suite at Kentucky Mills Drive, just off Blankenbaker in Louisville. We were between houses - sold one but not closed on the next - so we had to find somewhere for a couple of weeks. We found this place by accident because we started off at a nearby hotel on a night-by-night basis. That gets expensive very quickly. I (husband) had previously stayed in an extended stay hotel, years ago, in Louisville and I warned my wife that these places were cheap but grim. Sandy took us around the Woodsprings Suite and we were impressed by the cleanliness and the apparent security. We moved in and were never uncomfortable or felt unsafe. What began as a few nights turned into a three‑week stay, and the hotel made that extended visit comfortable and easy. From arrival to checkout, the atmosphere felt welcoming and secure. The stay and accommodations Our room was fresh, well maintained, and free of pests or unpleasant surprises. Housekeeping did an excellent job — every corner was cleaned thoroughly and linens were refreshed regularly. The layout and amenities made it easy to settle in and feel at home during a longer stay.
