We recently stayed at this hotel during a road trip and had a mixed but mostly positive experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in pleasant. When we arrived on the 4th floor where our room was located, there was a noticeable smell of stale dog urine mixed with a strong Glade plug-in scent. Thankfully, the room itself didn’t smell like that. It was generally clean, although there were a few stray hairs on the toilet and sink in the bathroom that could’ve been missed during housekeeping. The room was spacious—perfect for traveling with a baby and all the extra gear that comes with it. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, and the sheets smelled freshly laundered. One downside was the cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent, which was un

The ONLY reason the room didn't get the 5 stars is because the USB sockets on the wall wouldn't work and because they charge $40 if you want a pan and utensils to cook with and the sheets didn't stay on the mattress too well. But other than that, it was GREAT and a way for us to get out of the blustering cold for a couple of days. We live in an RV that's not hooked up to heat so it can get really cold inside. Thank you for being so friendly!! 💓

The only thing good about this place was the location. They advertise a full kitchen. What that means is a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop. No coffee maker (unlike almost any other hotel in the US). No dishes, silverware, cookware or anything other than the appliances. We reserved this place with the idea we could cook and save money on dining out. We ate out every meal!|The staff told me I could "purchase a dish set". $20 for one plate, knife, fork, and cup. I could also purchase a coffee maker. I didn't ask the price. It turns out you can also PUCHASE a set of clean towels and purchase a set of sheets if you need more. We bought a pot for $12 at Walmart across the street and some instant coffee. They did have two plastic cups, the kind you would find in a Motel 6. That was the

For an extended stay hotel it's surprisingly clean and well kept. Everyone is extremely nice and attentive. The housekeepers are awesome as well as the front desk. Extremely polite and helpful. I've stayed at several different extended stays and I honestly have to say this is the best one so far. Great location, great staff and most importantly a nice and clean facility. Honestly I think this is the first time I have no complaints at an extended stay. The best part is it happens to be one of the most affordable. Beyond my expectations for sure. I hope they're all like this one because I'd start staying at Woodsprings only.

It was about as clean and updated as you'd expect for the price. A few odd complaints, because that's what the internet is for: checking in after the front desk hours feels like a real inconvenience. Also the bathroom floor looked like they were taking advantage of the fact that it was a dark color and not cleaning it very often. The bed was unusually low to the ground. Finally, the thermostat looked functional, but the buttons didn't really work, so I couldn't adjust the ac unit. But overall, a pleasant stay.
