Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West

I stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West while in town on business and had a great experience. The staff was polite, kind, and genuinely accommodating from start to finish. The hotel lobby and guest rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is excellent and very convenient, which made getting around easy. The complimentary daily breakfast and evening kickback—complete with dinner and cocktails—were a wonderful bonus. I also appreciated the free soda fountain and fresh popcorn available daily. If I’m ever back in the area, I would without a doubt choose to stay here again.

Great location, right off of i75. Hot breakfast is included in price of stay and was excellent. Everything clean, nice spaces. We were longer getting there than we anticipated so we missed the free drinks and food offering from 5:30pm to 7pm daily but I assume it's great as well, from what we saw at breakfast. Really happy we found this hotel chain and looking forward to staying again when we travel. Really wonderful, friendly and helpful staff as well.

Positive: The value is unbeatable. The pool is a decent size and the kids really enjoyed being able to swim both indoors and outdoors; it was clean with plenty of seating. The entire hotel was super clean! The room was great except the beds. Negative: I cannot express how bad the beds were in the room in which we stayed. At best, I would rate the beds 2/10 for comfort/support. Both queen beds in the room were so subpar. I have stayed in other rooms at this hotel and the beds were comfortable, though.

We typically stay at Hilton hotels and had never stayed at a Drury Inn before. We had a great experience. So great that I had to leave a review, which isn't something I typically do. The place was comfortable, the room spotless, and all the staff - from the front desk to the gentleman cleaning the rooms - were incredibly friendly. The staff alone made it a notable experience. This is the Chick-fil-A of hotels - run with excellence and a level of hospitality I don't often see these days.
