Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Turkey Creek/Farragut

We chose Hampton by Hilton for one very important reason — our very spoiled Goldendoodle is welcome there. 🐶✨ And let me tell you… they did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming (to all of us — including the four-legged VIP). The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Traveling with a dog can sometimes feel stressful, but Hampton made it easy. Plenty of space, a comfortable stay, and that reliable, consistent quality you can count on. Bonus points for the breakfast — always a win! 🧇☕ If you’re traveling with a furry family member and want a place that feels easy, comfortable, and genuinely pet-friendly, Hampton is a fantastic choice. Two thumbs up from us… and two paws up from our Goldendoodle! 🐾

This was a new one for me - I stay in Hampton Inns 60 nights or more a year... but the owners here to save a few bucks have installed motion detectors in the rooms. They dont sense motion - they shut off the AC or Heat. This is silly because well there is no motion when we sleep - so over the course of the night the room heats up by 4 or 5 degrees- which causes you to wake up - so I never once got a full nights sleep. Also coming back to the room after being out for meetings - the room would be hot and would take hours to cool down. Very frustrating system - and the sad part it detracts from a LOVELY front desk staff. The rest of the stay was fine but if you cant get comfortable in your room with the temperature - well not much else matters. Very helpful staff - including engineering

Positive: Our front desk clerk was wonderful! Professional, kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, such an asset to the hotel experience. Negative: Our uber eats was the worst. But that's on them. Waited an hour for our order.....: (

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was completely clean and accommodating, including a very comfortable bed and a temperature control that was simple to set or adjust. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Sandy and Jordan helped greatly with our stay.

The mattresses are comfortable, the thermostat works perfectly, and the rooms seem to be bery clean. The hotel is well kept. If I had only one complaint, it is that the mattresses are not wrapped in a protective encasement. Without that, I never have a full peace of mind. So I hope that Hampton starts protecting the mattresses.
