Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75

Robin, Kelly, and Second shift on February 20th 2026 were all beyond amazing. When we got there to check in Friday night their systems were down (worldwide problem, not property problem) and I didn't get their names but they were handling it beautifully. Smooth check in considering the issues, rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast Saturday was amazing and the attendant was attentive and very friendly. Spoke with Robin over the phone Friday afternoon and she was a delight. Kelly checked us out and was just as wonderful. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

I was oddly impressed with this hotel. We are local and live really close by (put up for insurance repairs) and know the area well. This hotel is very well, and I mean very well maintained. I was not expecting this considering we travel quite often and have stayed in what I would consider much nicer hotels. The pool, coming from someone who maintains them, was immaculate compared to much “nicer” hotels we’ve stayed at. Highly impressed. If you need a stay over while traveling I-75, I couldn’t recommend more!

Excellent property & location for a weary traveler.|Clean and tidy. The breakfast area and selections are well cared for. In the past month I have been traveled to two other States. This by far has been my best Hampton stay!|The staff take pride in the service they provide. I spoke with various staff members. They had a common theme- they enjoy their jobs, and some have been working on property for many years. ||Thank you for the restful stay!

Positive: Location Rooms were clean. Negative: the breakfast was not what was expected. Scrambled eggs and sausage were barely warm.

This hotel was EXCELLENT. From the moment we checked in until we checked out the entire staff went above and beyond. Perry, Roger, Heather and Robin were amazing. They always asked "hows your stay, do you need anything" Breakfast was excellent, the cleanest most well stocked hotel Breakfast I have seen. Penny does a great job. It shows that The Smith family takes pride in their hotels. The water, cookies, tootsie rolls were all a huge hit. Thank you
