WoodSpring Suites Kansas City Liberty

Great experience here with friendly staff. Lebron, the manager, is a great guy. It's located in a business district just 5 minutes from lots of shops and restaurants. Parking lot is very well lit.

The managers LeBron and Corey along with maintenance, arya and trish and other staff were all amazing 😁 we grew very fond of all of them. They were all kind, and very helpful. And the updated rooms look absolutely amazing 😁 thank you guys so much for everything ❤️

Positive: Liked nothing about this hotel Negative: The outside looked nice but omg the inside was horrible. It smelled like pot in the elevator and the room smelled very stale and funky. The walls were dirty and had scuff marks everywhere. Went to use the bathroom and the door was busted .

The first trip was great we left a week and came back a wk later my ex friend Sara payed in advance 10 days we got the same rm as before .the 3rd day into it we came in and a worker told the other two that we had to leave and they was told that it was because my Yorkie supposly peed in the hall way well they told me so I told them that I would leave and |they never spoke to anyone at all or ask the said no my x best friend Anji went down sta⁰irs talked to co to y he said it would be fine if I paid Thursday the pet deposit it was 500 deposit and 1p a nite .but wat I didn't know is Cory took it soon his self to take the pet deposit out of my ex best friend Sara's paid 10 days it ended up he took 6 days . U c it wasn't her dog and no one bothered to come up and let ubroke out friendship up

Location was the only thing good about this place, terrible management. The manger himself to be exact. Kicked my co worker out after paying for a week stay. Rooms rarely ever get cleaned and most appliances were broken on its way. Terrible representation of the brand. Would recommend corporate looking into all the reviews or things will continue to be ran like a scam. Also realized they respond the same message to every bad review so that shows how much they care about fixing the problems
