Great value for the money Rooms clean Mattress comfortable Gave a 4 because breakfast is included but the yogurt was gone when I went down. Being gluten free options are limited. No fruit. But when I was leaving the manager grabbed a couple for me. Would stay again if I am in the area.

Mold on AC unit and smelly room. Manager would not allow us out of reservation, even though it was for a reason beyond our control, nor comp us a night. They did eventually move rooms the next day. Staff also took over several tables in guest lobby with their own puzzle activities and beverages.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night after going to a concert and we will absolutely stay here again if we ever come back to KC!! The lady at the front desk was super friendly, pre-check in and check out took 2 seconds and was super easy, the room was very clean and exceeded my expectations. In a great area, I felt very safe and it’s only 20 minutes from downtown KC. We slept in and missed breakfast, so that was a bummer, but I’m sure it would’ve been good. Overall, everything went perfectly and I’d highly recommend staying here!! :)

Sorry Ashley I have not lied at all. Yes I did show up at 740 and asked to check in and was willing to pay, You had 3 cars in your parking lot. So when we asked if we could get a room as you said there was not any available. I don’t see anything wrong asking when the parking lot is empty how there are no rooms available. Your employee told my husband that the manager will be down from her room at 10. So we left came back at 10. During this time your employee was out side side smoking and came in and closed the door. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby for Gm (you) and never showed so I called you were rude unprofessional so I hung up. Hours later we came back to check in and you said you cancelled our reservation, boy you did me a favor your hotel is employed with rude unprofessional

Positive: Location and cost Negative: Breakfast was not properly stocked except for the third morning. We were there at 7 and the milk was sour no cereal, nuggets out were out, no yogurt, and two bagels that were so hard you could not eat them
