My boyfriend stays here for months at a time for work, and this property has consistently gone above and beyond to make him, myself,and his dog, feel welcome. The staff is truly exceptional and always accommodating. A special thank-you to Makala at the front desk—she always has a smile on her face and handles any situation that arises with professionalism, kindness, and ease. She is truly a standout. Amber at the bar is fantastic as well—so welcoming and friendly, she makes every visit enjoyable. Thank you to the entire staff for all that you do. We were back to Missouri on vacation and decided to stay due to it not being that old of a hotel. When we checked in we noticed a presence of many Muslims but didn’t think anything of it. Maleek the front desk worker checked us in on the first floor. As we went down the hall corridor to our room the air wreaked of what smelled like burning cabbage. The room was nice and clean. Later in the evening when we got back, a very large presence of Muslims. As we relaxed in our room you could hear kids running up and down the halls. This went on sometimes until after midnight. Finally we had enough and went to the front desk to complain. Both Maleek and Joe said they would take care of it and the problem somewhat subsided. My family and I stayed at this hotel and loved it. The room was cozy and very clean. I don't normally like to stay in hotels because it grosses me out to sleep on a bed someone else has used and the carpets are normally disgusting, but I didn't get those feelings once staying at this hotel. The mini kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink/garbage disposal, and even a dishwasher. They even provided dishwasher tabs to run a few loads.. they set us up with basically everything. The shower was wonderful and huge and they had high quality hygiene items, instead of the normal cheap ones that hotels give out. They also provided plenty of towels. I was planning on staying here for the duration of my work (probably a year) My one day in the week to eat the free breakfast; and do they have scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage? NO! They have those little fake round egg patties to make an inferior mcmuffin. When I asked, they said they have this every Sunday. Blah, I’m finding another hotel. Edit: Micaela was very helpful in telling me how I can get a decent breakfast during the week when I leave before 6am. I believe I will stay a bit longer.
