Red Lion Inn & Suites Liberty

I booked my room for 7 days through the Wyndham app and it said it was a Baymont Hotel. What a joke. The toilet barely flushed, the shower took forever to drain, 7 days and housekeeping never cleaned my room. I had 2 towels and washcloths for 7 days. Had to do laundry and after 45 minutes I went to check on washer and it never started. The guy at the desk after I called for him, looked at me like I was stupid because I didn't k ow I had to turn the water on behind the washer first. Tried to get something to drink from the vending machine and neither one of them worked. Was told they were expecting new ones. I had to take my own trash to the dumpster to keep it from cluttering my room. I never knew a baymont hotel operated this way, but hey, I guess the red lion inn name on the building sho

Funny how they always reply, “we encourage our customers to leave a review” yeah right, the owner told us we’d get our money back if we took our review on Google down, but since we got our money back, I felt the need to save some people money and time. Well first off this is just a money laundering front/scam. Stayed here and got out things stolen, mostly money, owner then contacted us after days of trying to explain that housekeeping went through our stuff in our room rather than cleaning it, so the owner extortioned us saying if we take our post down we would get our money back, just the money. See comments about earrings, same scenario. Housekeeping does the stealing and the owner collects. Owner has a rolls Royce and a Shelby raptor by owning a failing hotel business.

I would not recommend this hotel. We only stayed for 2 nights, and we were only in the room to sleep and shower, so I just dealt with the issues. The room wasn't very clean, there was an old nasty washcloth left hanging over the shower rod. There were only 3 little tiny square pillows on the bed. My husband had to use the bathroom when we got there, and called put to me to let me know there was only a few squares of toilet paper left on the roll, and no new rolls in the bathroom, so I went down to the lobby and asked for a roll of toilet paper and another pillow. She argued with me that we didn't need anymore toilet paper (but did finally go get us a roll) and told me we weren't 'allowed' to have anymore pillows. We proceeded to go to target and buy our own pillows. As we were coming back

This was on heck if an experience. The hotel was in a stage of remodeling but they are renting out rooms. We xhdcked in grateful for the stay. The room has sone minor imperfections but we needed to rest so we stayed because it was decent. Upon checkout we noticed two days later a double charge thef charged us for incidentals that were present upon our entrance into the second room they had available to give. A total scam and sham at the end!!!!

They stole my earrings and money when doing room service to my room , when I told front desk, it took 4 calls to finally get the Manager's assistant to review the issue only to yell at me the whole time and say it's my fault for booking there. After that, the manager finally contacted me and gave me back my money, after we warned them we would involve the police.
