Baymont by Wyndham Liberty MO

Positive: I used to commonly stay at Hampton Inn. All I'm doing at a hotel is sleeping, showering, eating a continental breakfast, and leaving. This was $--- a night less than the Hampton Inn. Negative: The Baymont was in an old strip mall. Some of the stores around it were closed. There was no elevator, entering and exiting involved half a flight of stairs. I'm not 40 anymore. The room was clean except for the mold on the grout in the shower.

If I could give it a negative on cleanliness, I would!!! I reserved the room on line, I just did the check in fast and left again without checking the room (BIG MISTAKE)!!! We got back in real late and it was at that point we found out that the room was NASTY!!! It appears they do not vacuum or sweep, as there was big chunks of food and stuff all along the walls, stuff on the walls, the bathroom was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! There was pee all down the front of the toilet, shower curtain appeared as though it is not changed EVER, floor not swept, stuff in the tub (hair/dirt) and the sink was gross!!! My girlfriend didn't want to stay and did end up using a whole container of Clorox wipes to make it so we could lay down to sleep. We are not from Missouri and had not gotten back to the room u

Bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the sheets were dirty / stained. The front desk attendant was very nice and accommodating and did allow us to move into a different room. Personally, I would not stay here again.

Look, for the price it is probably better than most. The nonexistent staff was the biggest disappointment. Took me almost an hour to wake someone from their slumber (4:30-5:30 pm) to check me in. I had to be somewhere at 6:00 pm so this was very frustrating. Btw, ringing the bell does absolutely nothing. Outside of that the room seemed clean and modernized but the heater did nothing so I froze through the night. The breakfast, I'd say stick to the waffles. I'm glad they offered eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy but the eggs were watery and I didn't trust the gravy. Sausage was ok. The gym is a joke. I spent most of my time trying to fix the cables on their Smith Machine that's shoehorned into the corner of a very small room. Then I did some free weights but I had to do all exercises whi
