Sleep Inn & Suites Indoor Waterpark

This hotel was good. The swim area would have been great but it was very very cold in the pool area. The pool itself was a little warm but not enough to make up for the cold temp. Also for anyone booking, it is good to be aware that the slide and water spouts are closed when the outside temperature is below 25°F. I was unaware of this when booking and it was only 16°F upon our arrival. The kids still enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ok.

This hotel was easy to check in. Had the most friendly staff I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. I would like to give a special shout out to Angie. She was warm hospitable and helped me in a couple of situations with my granddaughter to calm her down, she went out of her way to make her stay comfortable. The breakfast was great every day we were there. They kept the dining room clean and they had fresh food out all during breakfast. My granddaughter loved the little turtle slide. I think she went down at 100 times we would definitely stay here again.

It was terrible. The room was gross and the experience was terrible. The food was not great. The service and staff were terrible. We waited at the front desk for like 20 mins waiting for someone and no one came to the front desk. It was like the staff did not exist at all. They only come and work when it is convenient for them. The Bible in our room was written in with some nasty words. Behind the chair wasn’t even clean. We had some much crap under it the desk was chipped has scratch marks it was dusty. It’s like no one cleaned it. It was such a bad experience. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I would not recommend coming here. Tue staff was not helpful at all. The pool was not good either.

Room wasn't ready, had to keep checking on it. Pool was so bad grandkids could only swim for 20 minutes. Bathroom in room was not cleaned. I had to go buy sanitize wipes and clean Bathroom floor, shower and toliet, which had poo on the back of toliet lid. Dog poop in the hallway. We have stayed here for several years for grandkids Christmas and this was the worst year. Should of gotten a call BEFORE we even drove an hour away saying that we may have to switch rooms because the couch was broke and removed from room. The pool should of also been shut down for how bad the colorine was. The coughing was unreal. Grandkids where upset to not swim that long. Choice needs to do updates, BADLY

The staff is so lovely. The rooms are adequate, pretty much what you would expect for the price. The tv however is only local satellite channels. My kids think the pool/ “waterpark” is awesome. We’ve stayed here twice en route from southern MN to northern AR and will probably stay again while our 3 kids are still small. There are a lot of choices in the area for dinner and the breakfast is good.
